# Helix Origin Handbook This guide walks you through everything from connecting your wallet and onboarding, to earning badges, staking, and engaging with the Helix community. Let's dive in! ### 1. Wallet Setup To begin your Helix Origin Journey, connect and sign your wallet. #### Steps 1. **Click Connect Wallet** on the homepage 2. **Sign** to verify wallet ownership {% hint style="warning" %} By connecting your wallet, you agree to our terms and conditions. {% endhint %} ### 2. Onboarding and Community Onboarding ensures your wallet is properly linked with socials and community access. #### Steps 1. **Connect X (Twitter)** – Link your X profile to receive verified updates directly from Helix 2. **Join Discord** – Enter the Helix server to meet and engage with other community members 3. **Claim Verified Role** – Verify your Discord account to unlock exclusive perks and access gated channels {% hint style="warning" %} Until onboarding is completed, Base Actions and Seasonal Actions remain locked. {% endhint %} ### 3. Tracks and Badges Helix Hub revolves around two main action tracks (Base and Seasonal), each tied to badges that unlock perks and future earning potential. #### Base Actions * Always available * Complete at your own pace * Finish at least **60%** of tasks to earn the **Origin Badge** * Completion of **100%** of tasks will result in a booster on the final reward {% hint style="warning" %} This badge can only be earned once - required for eligibility {% endhint %} #### Seasonal Task Each seasonal on Helix Origin brings a unique set of limited-time task. * Must be completed before the countdown ends * Finish at least **60%** of seasonal task to earn the **Helix Monadonia Badge** * Seasonal badges may grant special rewards in future campaigns * Completion of **100%** of tasks will result in a booster on the final reward The current live season is **Helix Monadonia.** {% hint style="warning" %} **Why this matters**: Badges are more than just collectibles. \ \ They enhance your experience, unlocking exclusive rewards, and may play a role in your long-term standing within the Helix ecosystem {% endhint %} ### 4. Navigating the Dashboard Under the Helix Origin tab, you will find: * Progress tracker for **Base Actions** * Progress tracker for **Seasonal Actions** * A **Badge Vault** displaying earned badges and locked ones, with clear criteria for unlocking {% hint style="warning" %} To unlock the Origin Badge and Helix Monadonia Badge, you must complete at least the minimum criteria for each track. For seasonal eligibility, completion must occur while the season is still live. {% endhint %} ### 5. Referral Dashboard The **Referral** Tab helps you grow the community while earning extra benefits. * Copy your personal referral link * Share it with friends or peers * A successful referral = when your invited user completes onboard You can track referrals under three categories: * **All -** All invited users * **Successful -** Those who finished onboarding * **Incomplete -** Those who haven't completed onboarding yet ### 6. Transact - Mint and Stake USHD #### Steps to Mint USHD 1. Go to **Transact → Mint USHD** 2. Select supported token (USDC, USDT, MON etc) 3. Enter the amount you wish to convert **→ Click Mint** 4. Receive USHD in your wallet instantly #### Steps to Stake USHD You can stake **USHD** to mint **USHDs**, the yield bearing version of USHD. 1. Go to **Transact → USHDs Vault** 2. Deposit (stake) **USHD** 3. Mint USHDs and track APY and performance using live chart ### 7. Discord Roles and Recognition Engage in the community and earn unique Discord roles. Each role unlocks recognition and, in some cases, extra benefits. * **Helix Scout -** Reach **Level 10** in #general-chat * **Helix Pioneer -** Reach **Level 15** in #general-chat * **Wayfinder -** Draft a welcoming community guideline for new members and post it on X * **Trivia Titan -** Complete the **Helix Deep Dive Quiz**, held **once every week** for the duration of the Origin campaign * A special quiz channel will be opened, and a google form link will be shared * The quiz will remain live for **24 hours**, and submissions must be made via the form * **Inquisitor** – Complete the **Trivia Rumble Quiz (Monad Edition)**, held **once every two weeks** during the season * The quiz will be open for **48 hours**, and submissions must be made via the form {% hint style="warning" %} **Why this matters**: Roles are more than just titles.
